A strong community supports residents of all ages—from students to young families to seniors. Amy is dedicated to expanding access to programs and services that improve everyday life and create meaningful opportunities for everyone in Loma Linda. Community building leans into our Blue Zone identity and will strengthen Loma Linda.
Expanding Community Support
Amy works to expand senior citizen services, children’s programming, and educational opportunities for families. Her focus is on creating programs that meet the needs of every stage of life. These projects have included working with other councilpersons to bring an upcoming splash pad to Loma Linda, community celebrations, and safety preparation
She continues to organize community classes focused on nature, art, and education, helping bring residents together and strengthen connections across the city.
Amy believes that strong communities are built through shared experiences and accessible resources. Her initiatives are designed to ensure that everyone feels supported and included.
Accessible Services
Amy is committed to increasing resources for rebates to save on utility costs, lending libraries, and animal welfare, including low-cost spay/neuter programs and community support initiatives. Her approach ensures that essential services are available to all residents.
By working closely with local organizations and community partners, she continues to expand opportunities and provide meaningful support across Loma Linda.
Volunteers
The city does not allow volunteer support for community projects. Volunteers are available to help keep the city clean and beautiful. Implementing a volunteering program will keep the city beautiful, reduce labor costs to public works, and create opportunities to meet our neighbors. Amy would accomplish this by working with the city to startl a Service Committee.
Amy’s focus on community resources reflects her dedication to building a connected and supportive environment for every resident.
